A young client once asked me, “Rob, if you could boil it down to just one piece of advice, what would it be?” My answer was immediate. “Keep training! If your heart’s been broken, keep training! If you’ve lost your job, keep training! Whether you’re 18 or 80, keep training!” TRANSLATION: There will never be a “perfect” time to get started–only when you’re six feet under will you truly be free of life’s hassles. Lakeview Boystown Wrigleyville
Your Lakeview Personal Trainer Home!
While I love being a personal trainer, I wouldn’t get very far without the proper tools. And QUADS gym on Broadway, nestled in the very heart of Lakeview and Boystown, nestled into the breast of Wrigleyville, is where I found them six years ago.
Whether you live or work in lakeview boystown and wrigleyville, QUADS GYM is the place to be. While it may seem there is a gym to be found on every corner of Lakeview, in every storefront of Boystown, there are many reasons I make my home here. Front and center, there is attitude. Quite simply, at QUADS, there is none–well, not the negative kind anyway. The front desk personnel, many of whom are residents of Lakeview and boystown themselves, are anxious to make you feel welcome, and dispell any notions about high-pressure tactics to get you to join. In fact, there is no sales staff at all! We’ll show you around and answer any questions you might have. And while on your tour, you will find that the members are super friendly, and should you see a trainer here working he’ll most likely say Hi, even if he or she is training someone else!
